The CSCA reservations contact at the Holiday Inn is Crystal Smith in Sales. Ask for her and identify yourself to her as a
CSCA member. She will insure that you understand all the hotel's policies for guests attending dog shows at the facility.
The Holiday Inn will send conformation letters approximately one month prior to requesting a $100 deposit per room. There is also a $25.00 non-refundable one-time dog fee that will apply per room if you book by calling the hotel. If you book online it is a $25.00 per day non-refundable dog fee. If you need to cancel after paying the deposit, the hotel policy is to cancel 2 weeks prior to your date of arrival or you will forfeit your deposit. |
