Merchandise such as jewelry, sale items, undergarments and hats and all accessories are considered final sale and non-refundable. However unworn and tagged clothing may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 7 days from when items were received. To receive store credit or exchange, items approved for refund must remain in its original packaging. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable so you are responsible for shipping and handling fees associated with the exchange. In the event that there was an error on our part, we will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.
